The asset is also in close proximity to I-95, Route 1, the Hutchinson River Parkway, and the Bronx River Parkway providing direct vehicular access to White Plains, Manhattan and Stamford, Connecticut.
The value-add program is now complete. This extensive renovation includes the delivery a new leasing office, a fitness center equipped with Peloton bicycles, a Fitness on Demand studio, a Cross Fit studio, and a full complement of cardio and weight training equipment.
