We renovated a 280-unit luxury apartment community in Westborough, MA. Constructed in 2002, the property comprises 14 buildings situated on 60 sprawling acres in one of the Boston area’s most sought-after suburbs. It offers a prime commuter location at the junction of Route 9, the Mass Pike (I-90), and I-495—and it’s just 1.5 miles from the Southborough MBTA Commuter Rail, providing direct access to downtown Boston.
Repositioning Strategy
A comprehensive unit renovation program included new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, engineered wood plank flooring, and updated lighting. Extensive amenity enhancements included a Halstead Club resident lounge with iPads, custom made fireplace, large screen televisions and communal seating areas, as well as a virtual yoga studio with Apple TV, children’s recreation room and student study lounge to serve the needs of the many families residing at the property.
