We developed the award-winning Halstead Square property, a Class A luxury apartment community with 876 units centrally located in Fairfax County, VA at the Dunn Loring Metro stop and a quarter-mile from the intersection of the Capital Beltway (I495) and I–66. The National Association of Home Builders recognized Halstead Square as the Best Mixed-Use Community in the Nation in 2014, and Best Community Amenities in 2016. Real Estate Finance and Investment named Halstead Square as the 2017 Multifamily Equity Deal of the Year.
Development Strategy
The community offers world-class amenities with state-of-the-art fitness centers, an indoor basketball court, an indoor bowling alley, plus luxurious outdoor spaces with swimming pools, a movie pavilion, bocce ball and horseshoe courts, and fireplaces.
