Thomas Mazza manages the day-to-day operations of the DSF Group, including the financing, management, leasing, and construction activities for all of its properties.
Before co-founding the DSF Group, Thomas was with AEW Capital Management, where he was a senior member of an investment team responsible for the acquisition and asset-management activities throughout the eastern seaboard. Prior to that, Thomas was a Vice President in AEW’s Multi-Family Group, responsible for acquisition, disposition, and asset management activities in the southeastern United States.
Thomas is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a B.A. in mathematics from Holy Cross College and an M.B.A. from Boston College.
