Investment Opportunity
There is significant demand for a high-end well designed hotel with attractive amenities in this historic area of Old Town Alexandria. There are many underserved large employers in the area including the U.S. Department of Defense, the Institute for Defense and Naval Analyses, many private companies that contract with the federal government and the U.S. Patent and Trade Office. In fact, the PTO recently moved 7,100 employees into their new headquarters complex three blocks from this site. Old Town is also viewed as a major tourist attraction because of its historic town houses, art galleries, antique shops and restaurants.

The hotel also allows business executives and other visitors to the Washington D.C. area to stay in a luxury hotel in a quaint neighborhood with excellent shopping and dining options. . and a short metro or taxi ride to any destination in northern Virginia or the District of Columbia.
