Investment Opportunity
With the Halstead Tower's highly desirable in-fill location at the intersection of King Street and I-395, the DSF Group took the opportunity to create a truly unique living experience for residents in this 16-story, 173-unit Class A building.
Value Added Strategy
The building's design was both comfortable and modern, utilizing chrome, glass and slate to give the property a timeless feel. Also, on the top floor the DSF Group included its signature Halstead Club called the Cloud 9 Lounge with virtual golf, a wine bar, an infinity pool, a Wall-of-TVs for viewing movies and sporting events and panoramic views of the Capital skyline.
